Our Services

From your first registration to your annual return, we cover the full compliance lifecycle for individuals, professionals and businesses — explained below in plain language.

Service 01

GST Registration & Returns

India's Goods & Services Tax has consolidated most central and state indirect taxes — VAT, service tax and excise — into a single system. Whether you are applying for your first registration or filing month after month, we keep your GST in order under the current two-rate structure.

We handle registration, the periodic returns, input-credit reconciliation and any notices that follow, so a compliance gap never becomes a penalty.

  • New registration (regular & composition) and amendments
  • Monthly / quarterly returns — GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
  • Annual return GSTR-9 / 9C and reconciliation
  • Input tax credit review against GSTR-2B
  • E-invoicing & e-way bill guidance and refunds

Ideal for traders, manufacturers, service providers and e-commerce sellers.

Service 02

Income Tax & ITR Filing

Filing a return is not just about meeting the due date — it is about reporting the right income, claiming every deduction you are entitled to, and choosing a regime that genuinely lowers your tax. We prepare your computation first, then file only after it makes sense to you.

Salaried or self-employed, investor or NRI, we handle the whole spectrum — including the calculations most people find confusing, such as capital gains and advance tax.

  • ITR-1 to ITR-7 — salary, business, capital gains, NRI
  • Old regime vs new regime comparison
  • Capital gains on shares, mutual funds and property
  • Advance tax and TDS reconciliation with 26AS / AIS
  • Belated, revised and updated returns; refund follow-up

Ideal for salaried employees, freelancers, professionals, investors and NRIs.

Tax Audit & Assessment Support

Above certain turnover limits, the law requires your accounts to be audited and reported on. A notice from the department, meanwhile, can arrive for anyone — usually asking for an explanation or a reconciliation.

We reconcile your books, prepare the audit reports, and handle the correspondence so the process stays calm and controlled.

  • Tax audit under Section 44AB — Form 3CA / 3CB & 3CD
  • Presumptive taxation review under 44AD / 44ADA
  • Reconciliation of books, GST and 26AS / AIS
  • Reply to notices — 143(1), 139(9), 142(1)
  • Scrutiny, faceless assessment and appeal representation

Ideal for businesses above the audit threshold, companies and practising professionals.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Clean books make everything else easier — tax filing, bank loans, investor conversations and simply knowing how your business is doing. If maintaining them in-house is a distraction, hand them over.

We keep your accounts up to date through the year and give you reports that actually tell you something, rather than a pile of entries.

  • Monthly or quarterly bookkeeping (Tally, Zoho, Excel)
  • Bank, ledger and party reconciliation
  • Accounts payable / receivable tracking
  • Payroll processing, payslips and statutory coordination
  • Monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet and year-end finalisation

Ideal for start-ups, small businesses, professionals and e-commerce sellers.

Service 05

Professional Tax & TDS

Professional tax is charged by the state government on income from salary and on those practising a profession — chartered accountants, company secretaries, lawyers, doctors and others. Separately, if you make certain payments, you are required to deduct TDS.

Both involve registrations, recurring returns and deadlines. We manage them so your compliance stays current on every front.

  • Professional tax registration (PTRC / PTEC) and returns
  • Employer deduction, deposit and employee compliance
  • TDS applicability advisory across sections
  • Quarterly returns — 24Q / 26Q, challans and corrections
  • Form 16 / 16A generation and default notices

Ideal for employers, companies and practising professionals.

Company / LLP Registration

Starting a new venture? The structure you choose affects how you are taxed, who owns what, and how much paperwork you take on each year. We help you pick the right one, incorporate it, and then keep it compliant.

Registration is only the beginning — we also stay with you for the annual filings that keep the entity in good standing.

  • Private Limited, OPC, LLP, partnership & proprietorship
  • Name approval, DIN and DSC
  • MOA / AOA drafting, PAN, TAN and GST registration
  • Annual ROC filings — AOC-4 and MGT-7 / 7A
  • DIR-3 KYC and event-based compliance

Ideal for first-time founders, partnerships and growing businesses.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to what clients ask us most. Don't see your question? Just call or send a message.

How often do GST returns need to be filed?

Most regular taxpayers file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B either monthly or quarterly, depending on turnover and the QRMP scheme. An annual return (GSTR-9) is also required above the threshold. We set up a schedule so you never miss a date.

Is GST registration mandatory for my business?

It generally becomes mandatory once your turnover crosses the threshold — which differs for goods and services — and in certain cases regardless of turnover, such as inter-state supply or selling through an e-commerce platform. We assess your situation and tell you clearly whether you need it.

Which income tax regime should I choose?

The new regime is the default and offers lower slab rates with limited deductions. The old regime can be better if you claim substantial deductions such as 80C, 80D or home-loan interest. We compute both and recommend the more beneficial one.

What is the last date to file my income tax return?

For most individuals it is 31 July following the financial year; some business cases get until 31 August, and audit cases until 31 October. Filing late attracts a fee and interest, so it is best to start early. We send reminders to our clients.

I received a notice from the income tax department. What should I do?

Don't ignore it — even a routine notice has a deadline. Share it with us and we will identify what is being asked, prepare the reconciliation or explanation, and respond on your behalf. Early replies usually keep matters simple.

What is the difference between a Private Limited Company and an LLP?

A Private Limited Company is a separate legal entity suited to raising investment, with shares and directors. An LLP is a partnership with limited liability, lighter compliance and fewer filing requirements. Which is better depends on your plans for funding, ownership and growth.

What is professional tax and who has to pay it?

It is a tax levied by the state government on income from salary and on those practising a profession. Employers typically deduct it from salaries and deposit it, while professionals register and pay it themselves. The rates and slabs vary by state.

Can you maintain my books on a monthly basis?

Yes. We offer ongoing bookkeeping — monthly or quarterly — including bank reconciliation, ledgers, payables, receivables and a monthly summary. You can keep as much or as little of the work with us as you prefer.

Do you help with tax audits and audit reports?

Yes. If your turnover crosses the audit threshold, we handle the audit under Section 44AB and prepare the required reports (Form 3CA/3CB and 3CD), including the reconciliation work that goes with them.

Can you file returns for previous years that I missed?

Often, yes. Depending on the year, returns can be filed as belated, revised or updated returns. We check what is still possible for your case and file what we can, along with any associated tax and interest.

Do you work with clients outside Howrah?

Yes. Most filings can be completed digitally, so we serve clients across West Bengal and beyond, including those living abroad. Document sharing and consultations can be handled entirely online.

What documents do I need to get started?

It depends on the service. For most work we need PAN, Aadhaar, bank details and the relevant financial records. Once you contact us we will send a simple, tailored checklist — nothing more than what is actually required.

How do I share my documents with you safely?

You can share scanned copies by email or WhatsApp, or bring originals to the office for verification. We treat every document as confidential and use it only for the work you have engaged us for.

Ready to simplify your compliance?

Send us your requirement and we will respond with the right service and a clear next step.
